Meet Your Therapist

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face, or online. At this time, your therapist will provide a comprehensive assessment, which will take into account your personal history, present-day concerns, and what you might be hoping for in the therapeutic process. If you have specific goals for therapy and/or beyond, you can talk about those, too.

Begin Your Therapy

If you and your therapist agree to continue working together, therapy will begin the following session once payment or insurance information has been provided. We’ll outline a therapeutic plan based on your comprehensive assessment, brainstorm goals to meet, and begin your path toward realizing your true self and achieving inner harmony.
