“The deepest changes happen not when we are fixed, but when we are understood.” – Nancy McWilliams
I provide psychotherapy under supervision at Manhattan Mindful, drawing from contemporary psychodynamic theory, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply seen and supported, with the freedom to explore themselves more fully. My work centers on supporting individuals through life transitions, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of trauma. I approach each client with curiosity, presence, and compassion, guided by a psychodynamic perspective that attends both to current struggles and to the deeper patterns that shape them.
