“I bring a deep curiosity to help you explore your whole self—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—as you work toward a fuller and intersectional understanding of yourself and the relationships around you. We’ll craft a space to process your experiences, gain awareness of your thoughts, behaviors and emotions, and envision a more integrated, liberating life.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending compassion, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens. As a Queer Latinx and spiritually-informed therapist, I recognize that spirituality/religiosity can or has been a source of healing and/or pain both individually and historically, depending on your unique path.
